Early intervention

Early Intervention is the set of interventions aimed at boys and girls
from 0 to 6 years old who present developmental difficulties or the risk of presenting them.
Its objective is to maximize their capabilities, prevent future difficulties
and promote harmonious development at a communicative, cognitive, motor, and
social level.

Initial assessment

The first step is a comprehensive and developmental assessment that includes:

  • Observation of language and communication.

  • Evaluation of motor skills, attention, and play.

  • Analysis of language comprehension, expression, and use.

  • Collection of information on the child's development, environment, and habits

    This assessment allows us to identify strengths, areas of difficulty, and specific needs.


    Treatment preparation

    After the assessment, a personalized intervention plan is established, adapted to the child's age and profile.

    • Improve coordination and motor control.

    The work is always adapted to the rhythm and characteristics of each child.


    Therapeutic sessions

    The sessions take place in a playful, safe, and motivating environment, where the child learns through play.

    • Directed games to promote attention, imitation, and social contact.

    • Motor coordination and perception exercises.

    • Strategies to facilitate comprehension and expression.

    The objective is for the child to progress in a natural and functional way.


    Family guidance

    The family is a fundamental part of the process.


    Therefore, we offer guidelines and guidance to continue the work at home, integrating stimulation into the child's daily life.


    Monitoring and progress

    The child's development is reviewed periodically, adjusting the objectives according to their progress.

    When necessary, work is carried out in coordination with other professionals (pediatricians, psychologists, physiotherapists, schools), guaranteeing a comprehensive
    intervention.
